Founded in 2019, Pizza19 was born from a love of Italian food culture. We spent months in Naples learning from the masters before converting our vintage horse box into a mobile pizzeria.

After falling in love with pizza, Matt learned from master pizzaiolos before bringing authentic Neapolitan pizza to Essex. His passion for quality ingredients and traditional techniques is at the heart of everything we do.
